Sleep Optimization
now below here, i made some very nifty priorities, but im probb not going to follow them, they serve more as guidelines.
sleep helps improve the following

so 2 main concern, i travel/move houses 1 time a week and stay 1 week in that house, my parrents are divorced.

- light
- temperature
- timing/consistent sleep schedule
priority 2
- screen usage
- sound (noise control, white noise)
- air quality
- stress and cognitive load (pre-sleep journaling)
- quality of mattress
- ergonomics
priority 3
- quality of cushion
- quality of blanket
- pills (magnesium)
- co2
- meditation
- earthing/grounding
- dream journal
