Sleep Optimization

now below here, i made some very nifty priorities, but im probb not going to follow them, they serve more as guidelines.

sleep helps improve the following

so 2 main concern, i travel/move houses 1 time a week and stay 1 week in that house, my parrents are divorced.


priority 1

  • light
  • temperature
  • timing/consistent sleep schedule

priority 2

  • screen usage
  • sound (noise control, white noise)
  • air quality
  • stress and cognitive load (pre-sleep journaling)
  • quality of mattress
  • ergonomics

priority 3

  • quality of cushion
  • quality of blanket
  • pills (magnesium)
  • co2
  • meditation
  • earthing/grounding
  • dream journal
